Shipping Policy

Commercial Shipping and International Shipping:  

Shipping costs may be 'estimated' at checkout, but may differ from actual shipping costs when the order is placed.

Thailand orders are subject to Customs/Brokerage fees and must be paid for prior to products crossing the Americas or European borders as well as any other international orders or government fees.

A customer service representative will contact you if shipping will differ from the price you were quoted on the website.

For accurate international rates, it is best to call us at email us and discuss with our commercial team.

Some items may not be deliverable to foreign countries outside of the U.S. due to perishable foods or hazard regulations and, if this is the case, a customer service representative will call or email you with a notification.   


Individual Shipping (Samples AND Grow Tent Kits):

We takes pride in our fast and reliable freight service Monday through Friday.  We ship daily from a warehouse in Saraburi, Thailand and Joplin, MO within 24 hours of cleared payment if it falls between these days.

All items are shipped in plain packaging and insured for their full value.

Sender information is discreet and reads simply “Flight Level Co., Ltd.” with return address.

Our exclusive and customized grow tent kits average 3 boxes with each box approximately 20 kg (44lbs). Normal shipping is 30 days by sea and 3 business days by air.

Please Note: Credit card verification may be required prior to shipping if billing and shipping addresses do not match. If required, an associate will contact the cardholder via the billing contact information provided to complete verification.


Tracking information for shipments is emailed when the shipment batch is processed at the end of each business day (around 5:00 P.M. CST, Monday-Friday). Tracking information for shipments are emailed individually at the time the shipment is created.

Please note: These notices may be blocked or filtered to spam/bulk folders based on your account settings so please be aware!


We understand that orders are often time-sensitive so expedited shipping is normal at Flight Level LLC! Our standard shipping service delivers to anywhere in the Continental US or Europe within 6 business days. Shipping cost is calculated based on the ordered items and location of the delivery so actual shipping and handling rates are applied. Calculated cost is for shipping to the zip code entered at the time of checkout only.  Sea shipments for heavy and large orders average 3 weeks to the Americas and 1 week to EU or UK.

Orders for delivery within the Continental US will require a physical address for delivery. UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes, so please be sure to provide your street address if you do use a P.O. box.

Orders shipping using our expediated services are shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS, AOG and can not be guaranteed due to custom and importation issues.   Please note: 1) Oversized items must be shipped via Parcel Select and are subject to longer transit times. 2) Some items may not be available for shipping to locations all locations.


Remember; our standard shipping services large containers via sea, but if you are still in need of faster shipping, please email for assistance. Service upgrades may not be available after an order is placed.


Signature requirements are up to the carrier’s discretion; however, any order for delivery to an address containing a unit, apartment, lot number, etc., will require a signature in order to complete delivery. This is the only means by which these shipments can be insured against loss or theft. This also applies to high-value items and any transaction for a total amount of $250.00 or over and paid for by PayPal (per PayPal’s user agreement, section 11.4). If any of these circumstances apply to your order and no one over the age of 18 will be available to sign for the package(s) during normal delivery hours, please email us and we will be glad to arrange a will-call pickup for your shipment at your local facility.


If a signature or in-person delivery is required, UPS will attempt to deliver the shipment 3 times, after which time the package will be held for pickup at the local UPS customer center for 5 days before being returned to the sender. Similarly, the US Postal Service will make 3 delivery attempts and then hold packages for 3-5 days before returning it to the sender as undeliverable. If a missed-delivery note is received, please be sure to follow up with the carrier for assistance. Shipments returned to us due to a failure to take delivery will be processed according to our new-product return policy. Any and all shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.


Address Change

If you need to make any changes to your order; i.e., shipping address, holds, quantity, or to make an addition or deletion, you must contact us by email us directly at or call 417-658-4307 on Monday-Friday (0800-1630hrs). Please note that emails will likely not reach us in time, due to expedited order processing. Once an order has shipped, additional charges may apply if any.


Shipping Delays:

Shipping delays can include weather difficulties or other conditions beyond our control. If you have not received your order as per the tracking information posted to your account, please email us so we can investigate the matter and get your order out to you as fast as possible. Please be sure to read any notices on the product page prior to ordering from our website.

Backordered Product: In some cases, we may discover an order is out of stock and on backorder after your order was charged to you. If this is the case, our customer service team will attempt to call you and email you to get approval from you to ship the item out when the item is back in stock or cancel the order for you.

Return & Exchange Policy


Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the forwarder, have/ has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us about your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, telephone call or e-mail). For that purpose, you may use the linked sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory but may be useful for tracking you claim. You can fill out and sent the sample withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website  If you make use of your right of withdrawal in this way, we will immediately (e.g. via email) send you a confirmation of your withdrawal.

The dispatch of the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period is sufficient to observe the withdrawal deadline.

Consequences of the Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments which we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs incurred as a result of the fact that you requested a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal of this contract. For this refund we shall use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly otherwise agreed with you; under no circumstances shall any charges be debited to you for this refund. We reserve the right to refuse to refund payments until we have received the goods or until you have furnished proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without delay, at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which you notify us about the withdrawal of this contract:

The dispatch of the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period is sufficient to observe the period. You shall be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
There shall be no right of withdrawal for the delivery of goods that may perish quickly or whose expiration date of would quickly be exceeded.

Returns:  We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for items purchased within 14 days of the date you receive your order.  The item(s) must be unused and free of damage. All original packaging must be included.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as seeds, clay, rock soil, nutrients, alcohol etc. cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
